Sephanly-Whatsapp is operated by Sephanly. It connects accounts you authorize to a WhatsApp customer-service inbox.
Account authorization
You must be authorized to manage the connected business and phone number. Keep your sign-in account secure and review the access requested by Meta.
Messaging responsibilities
You are responsible for customer consent, lawful message content, and compliance with WhatsApp’s current Business and Messaging policies. Use approved templates where required. Do not send unsolicited messages or use the service for prohibited activity.
Availability and charges
Message acceptance does not guarantee delivery. Meta controls messaging access, approval, and delivery. Meta messaging charges may apply separately. Any application pricing and contractual service commitments must be supplied by the operator before paid use.
Ending access
You can delete stored application data and revoke Meta access. The operator may restrict accounts that abuse the service or violate applicable platform terms.
