Data deletion instructions

1. Sign in to the workspace associated with your connected WhatsApp account.
2. Open Account & data, type DELETE, and choose Delete stored data.
3. To revoke Meta permissions too, remove this app’s business integration in Meta Business settings.

The action removes stored messages, access tokens, phone settings, and connected account records from the live application database. It does not delete the WhatsApp account, messages held by Meta or customers, or your Sephanly sign-in account.

If you cannot sign in or are a customer whose information is held in a business’s inbox, contact sephanly.ke@gmail.com. Include the connected business and phone number, but do not send passwords or access tokens. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.
